Mohair Fibers
This is a sample of dyed mohair locks. I don't always have every color in stock so if you are looking for something specific, I do specialty dying all the time, so just ask. You'll notice that some locks are multi-colored - just about anything is possible so don't hesitate to ask!
All fibers are sold and priced by the ounce.
Dyed locks are $6.00 / ounce
Undyed locks are $2.50 / ounce
The purpose of this illustration is to show you that you can work with the mohair locks without spinning them up. The display on the left shows the locks in the top half of the picture and the bottom half shows a square that was crocheted with the locks.
The display on the right, in the top half you will see the locks and the bottom half shows you knitting in progress that was done by using locks only.
These are a couple of our colored angora goats. They have a soft blue (gray/white) fiber. This is a very silky mohair fiber. We sell raw and washed fleeces by the pound. Check with us on availability of colors.
These are some of our white angora goats whose coats are just beginning to come in. We also sell these fleeces, either raw or washed, by the pound. Check with us on availability of kid and yearling fleeces.
